MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate has strong multi-trade skills and a customer-service mindset to service a large apartment community.

Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call responses. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with on-site work in a dynamic real estate environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other trades.
• Customer service mindset, team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Handle maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, perform apartment turnovers, and assist with on-call emergencies.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
