Job summary

The Bower Apartments in Kirkland, WA, operated by MG Properties, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will handle maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, groundskeeping, turnovers, and on-call responses to emergencies in a 200-unit property framework.

Ideal candidates have multi-trade experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), strong customer service, and a collaborative, flexible attitude. EOE, drug-free workplace, and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Customer service orientation, flexibility and teamwork.
• Willingness to consent to audio recording during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and perform apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly to issues.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Bower Apartments, located in Kirkland, WA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $27-$28/hour DOE
