Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will handle cleaning of grounds, offices and common areas, complete maintenance requests, repair appliances, paint, and assist with apartment turnovers.

We value customer service, teamwork and reliability. On-call rotation is required; on-site work with a range of benefits and a supportive, drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude and flexibility; team oriented.
• As a condition of employment, audio recordings may be used during duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, perform apartment turnovers and related tasks.
• Handle emergency calls and other duties as assigned.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
