MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA. You will lead and train the onsite team, drive marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee daily operations to help the property thrive.

The ideal candidate has recent apartment-community management experience and proven supervisory skills, with strong abilities in team leadership, marketing, budgeting, and sales. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.

Responsibilities

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• $83,000-$85,000 annually DOE
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
