Peak Living is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical hours may include weekends and after-hour emergency services.

You will handle make-ready tasks, complete work orders, assist with building and common area maintenance, and support the preventative maintenance program to maintain property equipment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
