Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to bring units up to market-ready condition following Peak Living standards. Hours vary by community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include completing make ready tasks, handling work orders, and assisting with building/common area maintenance and preventive maintenance programs. 1+ year in property maintenance is preferred, with EPA/CPO certification optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
