Job summary

Kellanova is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice in Cary, North Carolina, to learn mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial equipment. This paid apprenticeship includes onboarding, mentorship, and a structured development path, with the role requiring a 1.5-year full-time commitment beginning May 2026 and onsite work only.

Eligible students may receive tuition reimbursement and gain executive exposure, networking, and community activities as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Student must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/ trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2026.
• Previous exposure to mechanical or maintenance concepts through either classroom or work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
• A desire to improve the place you work.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
