You will assist the Maintenance team with basic repair of equipment in Manufacturing, Warehousing/Shipping, and other facilities, and you may also help maintain the appearance of Garmin aircraft in some locations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Machinery operation experience.
• Basic knowledge of machine automation systems.
• Knowledge of safe manufacturing/warehouse operations.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily basic maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Support with inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Follow supervisor plans and provide status updates.
• Use power and hand tools safely.
• Assist outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Perform Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
