Job summary

The Manning Apartment Homes in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliances. You will respond to resident requests and after-hours emergencies, and help maintain the grounds, buildings and amenities.

The right candidate has a high school diploma or GED, HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred, and prior multifamily maintenance.

• Previous apartment maintenance or multifamily experience.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle on-call rotation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
