Job summary

Towne Properties in Findlay, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep Glenwood Village apartments safe and well-maintained. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks, pool care, and groundskeeping while preparing homes for new residents.

With 2+ years in multi-family maintenance and HVAC experience, you’ll work independently, have a valid license, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and Towne University training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing.
• HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance.
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position.

Responsibilities

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Glenwood Village Apartments – Findlay, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with on-call hours as needed

Pay Rate: $24-26/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives
