Maintenance Technician (Apartment Maintenance)

Maryland Management Company owns and manages more than forty communities with just under 10,000 apartment homes in Maryland and Florida. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Completion of resident work orders
  2. Apartment turnovers
  3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
  4. Snow removal
  5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
  6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Apartment maintenance experience preferred but not required
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own tools
  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening required upon conditional offer
