Dominium Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit community in Fort Worth, TX. You will ensure the property's appearance and maintenance, addressing repairs, preventative tasks, and unit turnover to create a great living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back).
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
