Dominium Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cobblestone Manor, a 220-unit community in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on the general upkeep and living environment quality for residents.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as they arise.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
