Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician with ammonia refrigeration experience to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems. You will work hands-on on compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, and condensers while maintaining electrical systems and production equipment.

You will document work in the CMMS, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with contractors when needed to support projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar environments.
• 1-2 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience or equivalent trade school training.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read equipment diagrams (P&IDs a plus).
• Experience using a CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and other refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment.
• Conduct general facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical systems, and building repairs.
• Inspect and repair material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Document work in the CMMS and communicate issues with recommendations to minimize downtime.
