Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, with a focus on ammonia refrigeration.

Strong safety and documentation practices are required. Qualifications include 5+ years in ammonia refrigeration maintenance or related trade school training, experience with ammonia systems, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia).
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ammonia refrigeration certifications (RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).

At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation - including hands-on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.
