Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and repairs across apartment communities. You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paint needs while delivering exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role includes weekend/on-call shifts with a focus on quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, and HVAC heating and cooling.

From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies

Benefits and Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $17.05 - 23.07 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
