WhatYou'llDo

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing maintenance requests and work ordersin a timely manner
• Performing general maintenance tasksincluding painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Assistingwith preventative maintenanceto ensure building systemsremainin good working condition
• Maintaining the grounds and landscapingto support strong curb appeal
• Assistingwith annual apartment inspectionsandidentifyingmaintenance needs
• Working with the Property Manager to coordinate vendors and order supplies
• Maintaining positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff

• General groundskeeping and landscaping experience
