Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in Patterson, CA seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 138-unit apartment community. You will perform general building maintenance, respond to work orders, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.

Ideal candidates have experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping, plus a proactive approach to preventative maintenance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems in good condition.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for curb appeal.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to order supplies and manage vendors.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

WhatYou'llDo

As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is wellmaintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
