Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in written, verbal, and arithmetic skills.
• Plan and juggle multi-task environment and lead a maintenance team.
• Train and direct maintenance staff.
• Possess knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing as needed.
• Able to earn future industry designations as required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and inspect equipment regularly.
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for common repairs.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to the manager immediately.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, A/C, and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety standards as applicable.
• Assist with safety rule compliance and incident reporting.
