Qualifications

• Must be able to perform diverse maintenance tasks across apartment communities.
• Ability to read manuals and follow SOPs with attention to safety.
• Candidate should be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Follow AVE standard operating processes and procedures.
• Perform maintenance functions including painting, caulking, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Complete make-readies using AVE checklist and ensure timely completion.
• Service requests completed within 24 hours.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance shop and report supply needs.
