Foundation Wellness in Kentucky is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and safety initiatives within a climate-controlled facility. The role emphasizes reliability improvements, safety collaboration, and hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read blueprints and use CMMS for recordkeeping and training.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years as Maintenance Mechanic/Technician with similar equipment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support safety culture by improving equipment reliability and eliminating upset conditions.
• Collaborate with plant operations to design and implement safety improvements.
• Maintain equipment and facilities across all phases of maintenance.
• Keep maintenance records in the CMMS.
• Assist in training on equipment operation.
