Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect installations for safety and code compliance and diagnose issues.
• Assist with installation/modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion; support energy management initiatives.
