Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors.
• Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items.
• Timely completion of maintenance requests and ensure tenant's needs are met.
• Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties.
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal.

Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)

Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
