Job summary

Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle facility maintenance, custodial duties, and grounds care across offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces. The role includes basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will follow schedules for preventative maintenance, assist in coordinating outside contractors, and contribute to a clean, safe site. The program offers paid training and a clear path to full‑time roles.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to facility upkeep and site safety.
• Willingness to learn basic Electrical troubleshooting and Plumbing tasks.
• Ability to perform year‑round outdoor tasks including snow removal.
• Desire to take pride in preventative maintenance and preventive care.
• Interest in learning about building systems such as HVAC care.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and window washing.
• Assist with routine inspection and servicing of HVAC equipment and electrical components.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs and routine maintenance on building systems.
• Oversee grounds maintenance like sweeping, debris removal, and de-icing.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for complex HVAC servicing when needed.
• Support facility operations and move/organize office furniture and gear.
