Job summary

David Dobbs Enterprise Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing, graphics and distribution facilities in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic plumbing maintenance, with the ability to work independently or in a team, and to perform routine and emergency repairs. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience; occasional overtime and weekend work

• Experience in facility maintenance and repair.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and facility maintenance.
• Good communication and basic math and problem-solving skills.

Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking energetic and talented Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing, graphics and distribution facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in the following;

Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic plumbing. This individual must have a clean driving record, good practical, technical and communication skills with ability in basic math and problem solving skills. The ability to manage a varied workload and the initiative to work on your own or as part of a team. This is a Monday thru Friday, full time position, although occasional overtime, including weekends may be required when necessary.

Responsibilities and duties

• Candidate will perform routine and emergency repairs and maintenance to production machinery.
• Maintenance of property.
• Candidate will also perform any and all other duties as assigned, including production work as customer demand requires.

Ideal qualifications for this position

• Proven experience in a facility maintenance and/or repair field.
• Experience in maintenance and repair for machinery which may include electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and facility.
• Experience with minor repair and maintenance to buildings.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
