Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle facility maintenance, custodial duties, and grounds care across offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces. The role includes basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will follow schedules for preventative maintenance, assist in coordinating outside contractors, and contribute to a clean, safe site. The program offers paid training and a clear path to full‑time roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and window washing.
• Assist with routine inspection and servicing of HVAC equipment and electrical components.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs and routine maintenance on building systems.
• Oversee grounds maintenance like sweeping, debris removal, and de-icing.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for complex HVAC servicing when needed.
• Support facility operations and move/organize office furniture and gear.

Are you a dependable hands-on worker looking for an exciting role with a 4 day work week!? We are hiring a versatile Maintenance Technician to support our growing facility operations. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance and custodial work in offices, warehouses and industrial areas as well as general maintenance of the facility. The individual will also be responsible for grounds maintenance and general upkeep ensuring safety for all staff and visitors. From handling routine Janitorial upkeep to executing essential preventative maintenance, routine Electrical checks, minor Plumbing fixes, and seasonal snow removal, you will keep our site running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

• Facility Maintenance & Custodial: Perform comprehensive Janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, trash/recycling removal, deep cleaning, and office painting.
• Systems Upkeep: Assist with routine inspection and basic servicing of HVAC equipment (filter changes, cleaning), light Electrical component checks, and basic Plumbing repairs.
• Grounds & Safety Work: Oversee ongoing grounds maintenance such as sidewalk sweeping, raking, debris clearance, and winter snow removal and de-icing.
• Scheduled Care: Follow detailed schedules to complete routine preventative maintenance on machinery and interior/exterior building structures.
• Vendor Coordination: Help direct, schedule, and assist outside contractors when complex equipment or specialized HVAC servicing is required.
• Operational Duties: Support overall facility needs as an active Maintenance Technician, including moving office furniture, racking, and heavy boxes.
