Job summary

Venturous Truck Tops is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machines, equipment, and facility structures. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring OSHA/EHS safety compliance in an industrial setting in Indiana.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of industrial experience, with strong mechanical aptitude. The position is a full-time on-site role with a 10-hour shift schedule, Monday through Thursday,

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand and power tools and testing devices to repair, install, and align equipment.
Interpret diagrams and schematics to plan repairs and maintenance.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, trailers, and building systems.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and determine repairs.
Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies and use PPE and LOTO as required.
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
