Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role supports uptime, efficiency, and safety while contributing to continuous improvement projects.
Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, strong electrical/robotics knowledge, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Travel is minimal; overtime may be required.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production uptime and operational efficiency through preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment repairs, machine performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Technician works independently and collaboratively to ensure all equipment operates safely and effectively while supporting the organization's quality, safety, and production goals.
