Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and efficiency to support business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery.
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests on the production line.
3. Analyze machinery performance and implement improvements.
4. Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, following lockout/tagout procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Manage parts inventory and document process improvements.
7. Track downtime and report on maintenance activities.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Technical certification preferred in electrical, robotic, mechanical, or fabrication fields.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, welding, electrical systems, PLCs, and schematics (Allen Bradley, Siemens Step 7).
• Strong mechanical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Mechanical safety certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
