Our client, a leading manufacturer committed to operational excellence, is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for their 2nd and 3rd shift teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.
• Replace or service components related to electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, piping, pumps, and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform both preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain production quality.
• Use appropriate hand tools for diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of equipment.
• Interpret and utilize machine schematics and parts breakdowns effectively.
• Fabricate and modify equipment components as needed to support ongoing operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Familiarity with standard maintenance tools and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to equipment safety and operational standards.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift on a consistent schedule.

Experience & Education:

• Associate's Degree in a technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Work experience combined with current enrollment in a technical program may be considered.
• Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Welding and custom fabrication experience is a plus.
