Maintenance Technician | 2nd & 3rd Shift

AmesburyTruth is a leading manufacturer of window and door components in Owatonna, MN. We foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am).

The starting pay rate is $24.00 per hour, with shift differentials of $2.50 per hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts, depending on experience.

Position Purpose: Maintain and repair plant machinery, equipment, electrical and heating systems, and perform general building maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect lights, HVAC, ovens, and boilers daily; diagnose and repair malfunctions promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Install new machinery, including electrical work.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment to meet efficiency and productivity standards.
