Job summary

Nestlé Hartwell, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a 500,000 sq ft facility with cross-functional teamwork. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PM and predictive maintenance, and building parts kits in SAP to improve uptime.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or a 2-year technical degree) and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with shifts available across all lines. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

1+ years' industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
OR a two-year technical degree completed.

Responsibilities

Follow all plant safety rules and work rules.
Execute Planned Maintenance (PM) activities to proactively prevent failures and promote safe and efficient operations.
Create, revise, and improve parts kits working with Planner to build part kits into SAP.
Work to reduce unplanned stoppages through effective root cause analysis.
Provide on-shift electrical and mechanical troubleshooting support to identify and repair technical breakdowns.
Support a positive and collaborative culture with the expectation that Zero Safety Incidents, Zero Quality Defects, and Zero Preventable Stoppages.
Utilize SAP to log maintenance related information including work time, parts issuing, failure logs, and work order notes.
