Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold safe and efficient operation of facility equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions. The role involves reading diagrams and manuals, constructing fixtures, and keeping grounds in good condition.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems, and the ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience of at least 5 years is preferred.
• Forklift training and certification will be provided by company as necessary.
• Welding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the safe working condition of facility equipment, building and grounds.
• Constructs fixtures as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment as scheduled.
• Repairs facility equipment, fixtures, building, and grounds.
• Removes and/or installs fixtures and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoots systems to determine causes of failures and recommends solutions for repair.
• Maintains cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of maintenance equipment, tools, and fixtures.
