Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Maintenance Associate-Label Technician in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will be responsible for the repair of all plant equipment to OEM specifications and for performing preventative maintenance to meet production goals.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read technical diagrams. The position offers a 2nd shift with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Thermoforming machines preferred.
• Must have no more than 4 attendance points.
• Must not have a Step 2 disciplinary action within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repair on production machines and facility equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical failures and performs repairs per OEM specs.
• Reads mechanical prints and diagrams for installation and repair.
• Completes oil and lube cycles on equipment per manufacturer intervals.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and documents maintenance activities.
