Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and track preventative maintenance using digital systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines, assembly line equipment, HVAC, and paint systems
• Operate fabrication tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair
• Conduct fire pump testing and manage hazardous waste disposal
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Work independently with accountability for quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5–10 years in manufacturing maintenance
• Skilled in electrical, mechanical, and fabrication trades
• Forklift certified, valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and special-purpose machines (preferred)
• Supervisory or training experience is a plus
