Job Details

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM (Monday - Friday) / occasional Saturdays
• Department: Maintenance

Summary

Repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains production equipment and machinery in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned preventive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Perform routine maintenance on Injection Molding equipment.
• Complete work orders from the Production department as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Science or related field; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Advanced mechanical skills in an industrial environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Access.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally up to 25% of the time.

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and occasional high places. Noise level is moderate to loud.
