Job Summary:
AIS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Level 2 with a strong background in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC and PLC-controlled machinery, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, with a focus on keeping operations running smoothly. Project work, including machine modifications and installations, will also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC and other machinery to ensure all equipment is operational.
  • Perform regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Handle project work, including machine modifications and installations, to improve equipment performance and capabilities.
  • Fabricate simple replacement parts as needed for equipment repairs.
  • Utilize knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical systems, and plumbing to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and maintaining equipment according to safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Experience with CNC and PLC-controlled machinery.
  • Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to fabricate simple replacement parts when needed.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM- 11:30PM
