Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is seeking a preventative maintenance technician for the 2nd shift in Bristol, NH. You will perform scheduled maintenance, inspect equipment, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, servicing molding machines and conveyors, and upholding OSHA and LOTO safety standards. A high school diploma with maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of industrial or preventive maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V (single/three-phase).
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment for wear, misalignment, lubrication needs, and developing issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules and equipment history.
• Service a variety of manufacturing equipment including molding machines, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and stamping presses.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Work safely and follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment history documentation.
• Service a variety of manufacturing equipment, including molding machines, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, and stamping presses.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and overall maintenance effectiveness.
• Work safely and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of industrial maintenance or preventive maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase power up to 480V.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices, including inspections, lubrication, and equipment condition monitoring.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues using a systematic troubleshooting approach and diagnostic tools.
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong attention to detail.
• Bonus qualifications include experience with CMMS software, PLCs, automated production equipment, predictive maintenance technologies, or certifications such as HAZWOPER and Confined Space Entry.
