Emerson in Chanhassen is seeking a Maintenance Technician to grow with our team on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM). You will troubleshoot and repair sophisticated production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document work orders in our CMMS.
Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in Automatic Systems and Robotics or Electronics Technology, experience with measuring and hand tools, and the ability to work 1st shift hours if needed.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $54,000-$65,000annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
