Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance inspections.
• Comfort with documenting repairs and using CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Cleans machines and parts; removes and reinstalls components as needed.
• Lubricates machines to maintain performance.
• Records damaged or worn parts for ordering.
• Installs replacement parts and performs repairs.
• Identifies causes of unexpected breakdowns and resolves issues quickly.
• Uses CMMS to document work performed.
• Maintains organized shop, tools, and supplies.
