Job summary

Nestlé USA's Medford, WI facility is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair high-speed packaging and manufacturing equipment. The role offers 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM) or 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) Monday–Friday with shift differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Starting pay is $32.90 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Paid time off and holidays are provided; Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical maintenance education is advantageous.
• Technical degree in maintenance or related area is preferred or journeyman certification.
• Industrial maintenance experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot complex processes and high-speed packaging machinery.
• Repair material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to diagnose problems and verify equipment operation.
• Plan, measure and execute maintenance tasks; use tools safely.
• Enter PMs and work orders in SAP CMMS within allocated windows.
• Install new equipment as necessary and support continuous improvement initiatives.
