Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an E&A Technician for our Medford manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. The role contributes to production of beloved pizza brands and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The starting hourly pay is $34.05 with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, plus quarterly incentives and strong benefits after 30 days. You’ll handle PLCs (Pico, Mico, CompactLogix, SLC500, ControlLogix, Guard Logix, PLC-5), servo drives, networks, safety devices, and analytical calibration.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled electrical troubleshooting of PLCs, servo drives, and safety relays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interpret technical docs.
• Experience with networked control systems and industrial wiring.
• Wisconsin state electrical license may be required.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical calibration and testing on meters, RTDs, thermocouples, sensors.
• Maintain and update PMs for electrical systems.
• Calibrate flow meters, RTDs, thermocouples, sensors and related devices.
• Assist with calibration resources and document results.
