Qualifications

• Secondary technical or vocational education in mechanics, electrical systems, or a related technical field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Practical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methods.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance systems, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety with leadership and team.
• Record data on maintenance reports and network maintenance programs.
• Assist other maintenance partners to maximize system efficiency.
• Use multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, laptops for troubleshooting and repair diagnostics.
• Complete routine maintenance work orders under supervision.
• Develop general knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air, boilers, and feed water systems.
• Assist with equipment installation, foundation prep, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Support weekend work to align with production schedules and preventative maintenance.
