Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Richland Center, WI to assist with production equipment maintenance and preventive tasks. The role supports fillers, casepack, pumps, track and more, with responsibilities including recording preventative maintenance.

Shifts are 12 hours: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Earn up to $35.85/hour based on shift, experience and testing, plus a robust benefits package including PTO, 401(k) match, ESOP and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Weekend/overtime work required on a rotating basis.
• Machine shop welding, mill and lathe experience and basic computer skills.
• Electrical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance on production equipment (fillers, casepack, pumps, track, etc.).
• Complete and record preventative maintenance as assigned.
