Job Summary We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support building and process operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position requires a highly hands-on individual who is comfortable using a variety of tools to perform equipment repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, start up, and shut down various industrial utility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and process utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and utility-system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Use a variety of hand tools and maintenance tools to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Support building and manufacturing operations by maintaining reliable utility systems.
• Respond to equipment issues and perform hands-on repairs as required.
• Follow established safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on mechanical/maintenance skills.
• Comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment for repairs.
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial utility systems.
• Experience with equipment startup, shutdown, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in New York on either 2nd or 3rd shift.
