McKinley Paper and Packaging in Lebanon, IN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Mechanic for the 3rd shift to support our fast-paced corrugated manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance with a focus on preventing downtime.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical systems and PLCs, and providing mechanical support for plant equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with shop experience.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC logic and ability to read schematics.
• Able to work evenings, Saturdays, and some Sundays.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Identify defects and recommend fixes; reference wiring diagrams.
• Provide mechanical support for plant machinery and equipment.
• Respond quickly to electrical failures and troubleshoot PLCs.
