Qualifications

• Electronics degree required.
• 6+ months of experience repairing devices.
• Experience in repairing devices related to the industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document incoming and outgoing machines using Oracle, Tulip and Microsoft Office.
• Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, or damage.
• Repair machines by replacing or repairing circuit boards, mechanical sub-assemblies, and discrete components.
• Refurbish machines by replacing worn components and cleaning exterior covers.
• Perform final testing of repaired or refurbished machines.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts.
• Meet key performance indicators, goals, and objectives.
• Support Operational Excellence by deploying lean initiatives and CI projects.
• Comply with ISO 14001 and environmental requirements.
• Accept overtime and weekend work as necessary.
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts with start 5am-11am.

Job Title: Light Industrial - Maintenance Technician 2

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Clinton, PA
Start time: flexible start time (6am to 9am EST)
Days: M-F
Bill rate: $21

Expected Hours: 40hrs with OT
Potential for extension: it will be based on the business needs
Work model: onsite job

Day to Day: The Depot center is repairing devices and servicing them. Depo positions are contractors that will be refurbishing on these devices. Looking for someone in a technical expertise. Looking for someone with some sort of technical experience. Contractor will receive device, diagnose the device, repair it, etc. This is a fun job, every device is different and had a different problem. There are a lot of software and hardware elements involved as well. Manager is open to hiring someone with transferable skills like IT, Technician, Mechanic since they are also working on the system.
Contractor will work independently. if contractor does a good job you may get hired a full time you can cross train and teach other and get promoted.
Recruiting Strategy: Medical device technician experience, biomedical, bench repair type of work.

Summary:

• -Accepts overtime and weekend work as necessary.
• -The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with flexible starting time from 5am-11am.
