Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician II - Mechatronics & Robotics for our Commerce City, CO distribution facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment, read blueprints and electrical schematics, and support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

This on-site, contract-to-hire role pays $32.50/hour and uses CMMS to manage work orders, track downtime and spare parts, with conversion to permanent after 3–4 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments.
• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Ready to work with advanced automation, robotics, and high-speed equipment? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help keep our state-of-the-art distribution facility running efficiently.

? Location: Commerce City, CO

? Pay Rate: $32.50/hour

? Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (Direct hire after 3-4 months based on performance and attendance)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Manage work orders and maintenance activity through CMMS
• Track downtime, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments
• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
