ALLIANCE WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a high-volume meat processing facility. The role ensures production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

The Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades across the plant, requiring strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and a commitment to safe, reliable operations. Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, four 12-hour shifts, onsite in Owasso, OK.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and repair techniques.
Experience with industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, glycol, Freon).
Understanding of PLCs, frequency controls, DC devices, temperature controls, and transducers.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Inspect equipment and perform adjustments or repairs as needed.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
Replace motors, control systems, and defective parts as needed.
Maintain maintenance logs and work orders; track performance records.
