Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) to troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and keep manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently.

We provide training on our specialized equipment and an opportunity to grow within a supportive team. You will work with motors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and read wiring diagrams while documenting parts used and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Work with motors, pumps, gearboxes, robotics, and other mechanical equipment.
• Assist with electrical and controls troubleshooting.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Document maintenance work and parts used.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
